All-round holiday service

Arrival, cancellation, wellness – all about the Mountain Residence Saleghes

Sauna

Use of the sauna area is free for guests. The sauna area is open daily from 4 pm to 8 pm. Sauna sets with slippers, sauna towel, shower towel and bathrobe are available.


Check in

The holiday apartments are handed over between 4 pm and 9 pm.
The rooms are free to occupy from 3 pm to 9 pm on the day of your arrival. Please phone us if you are arriving outside these hours check-in is not possible after 10 pm.


Check out

We ask our guests to vacate their apartments by 10 am on the day of departure: rooms are available until 11 am.


Booking conditions

Bookings are only considered firm if a deposit is paid within three days of making the booking.
We accept payments in cash, by credit card (Mastercard and Visa) or by EC card.


Pets

We are sorry but we do not allow pets or pet therapy animals.


Smoking

The Mountain Residence Saleghes is dedicated to nature and naturalness and is therefore non-smoking throughout. Smokers are asked to smoke outdoors.


Cancellations at Covid times

Should restrictive measures, taken by the authorities, impeding your holiday, the deposit will be refunded or a voucher for another stay at our residence hotel will be issued.
Otherwise, the general European cancellation conditions apply.
- In the event of cancellation up to 90 days before the start of your stay, we will credit the deposit to your next holiday with us.
- In the event of cancellation between 90 days and 10 days before the start of your stay, the deposit will not be credited.
- In the event of late cancellation, non-arrival, late arrival or early departure we will charge the total amount of the stay.


Cancellation insurance

It is not pleasant for either side if a booked holiday has to be cancelled or interrupted. To avoid any financial loss, we recommend our guests to take out holiday cancellation insurance. This insurance is offered in conjunction with HGV, the Association of Hoteliers and Accommodation Providers.

As long as the situation remains stable, the "Europäische Reiseversicherung" (European travel insurance) we offer also covers cancellation cases related to Covid-19 diseases, although Covid-19 is still classified as an epidemic or pandemic.

Contacting and getting to the Mountain Residence Saleghes

Car, train or plane – there are lots of ways to reach the Mountain Residence Saleghes. Here you can find all the information you need for a fast, straightforward journey to a holiday in Selva!

By car:

Selva can be reached via the A22 Brenner autobahn: follow Innsbruck-Brenner if coming from the north, or Modena-Verona-Brenner if from the south. Take the Chiusa-Klausen exit and the Mountain Residence Saleghes is a 30-minute drive up through the Val Gardena.

By train:

There are good IC and EC rail connections from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium via Munich-Innsbruck-Brenner through to Brixen (or Chiusa-Klausen or Bolzano), from where a regular bus service to Selva runs almost every hour during the day. If coming up from Italy, get off at Bolzano main station, from where a regular bus service to Selva runs every hour. The “Portillo” bus stop is located right next to the Mountain Residence Saleghes.

Bus transfer:

Val Gardena can be easily and conveniently reached using the bus transfers that run several times a day from Milano Malpensa (Milan), Bergamo Orio al Serio (near Milan), Verona Valerio Catullo, Munich and Innsbruck.
