Useful information

Your apartment will be available for check-in from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Should you arrive outside these times, please inform us by telephone. 

We kindly request that you vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on your departure day.

Your booking is considered binding when it has been confirmed as such by us and you have paid the deposit within three days.

Please note that pets and therapy animals are not allowed at the Saleghes Dolomites.

In the spirit of nature and naturalness, smoking is prohibited indoors. We therefore ask smokers to kindly smoke outside.

Opening hours: 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily
The use of the sauna area is free of charge for all guests of the Saleghes Dolomites. A sauna set comprising slippers, sauna towel, shower towel, and bathrobe for each person is provided in your apartment.

Nobody enjoys having to cancel or interrupt a booked holiday. To avoid incurring any financial losses in the worst-case scenario, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. In cooperation with “Hoteliers- und Gastwirteverband Südtirol” (HGV), we offer you the Europäische Reiseversicherung cancellation insurance.

At the Saleghes Dolomites, the standard European cancellation policy applies:

• In the event of cancellation up to 90 days before arrival, we will credit the entire deposit paid for a stay at the Saleghes Dolomites.
• In the event of cancellation between 90 and 10 days prior to arrival, the deposit paid will be retained.
• In the event of cancellation within 10 days of arrival, no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Payments can be made in cash, by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), or by EC debit card. You are also welcome to transfer the amount before arrival via online payment.
